| How come I decided to set up the site? After the downfall of both p8ntball.iwarp.com and the original deathmatch.com site, I was kind of bored in the way mindlessly stupid and random things to do. Also, the "currently-in-development" JotoMoto radio team needed a site to base the radio in. Adding to this, all of the topics the previous sites were based on were quite dull all by themselves, and I couldn't keep them in all in check. With all this in mind, this site was born, a huge hub full of stuff wich everyone would have something to be interested in on the site, and it solved my problem of having loads of different sites to look after, and the problem of were to host the radio, and for some random kind of past-time. Simple, when you think about it... |

How DeathMatch Came To Pass The orginal Deathmatch.com originally started out as an all round gaming site using "PageABC", another website creater, to try and prove one of our friends that freeservers.com sucked. However, later on after creating one of our own websties on freeservers.com (named p8ntball.iwarp.com,) we found out that the guy simply sucked at making them in the first place! :) After a few months after when it was created in 30/06/03, it started to fall into disrepair - everyone was just getting distracted from it, and after a while completely dumped the idea on the 13/09/03. Now Deathmatch.com MKII has been launched, scrapping the .com and goin with the straight DeathMatch name. Hopefully this site will live much longer than its older brother!
